Do I need to have gym experience before starting?

Absolutely not. Nathan works with complete beginners through to experienced athletes. The initial fitness assessment is designed precisely to understand where you're starting from so your program is appropriate from day one. Many clients have never lifted a weight before starting — and that's completely fine.

How many sessions per week do I need?

This depends on your goals, availability and current fitness level. Most clients see strong results with 2–3 sessions per week. Nathan will recommend a frequency that's realistic for your lifestyle and effective for your goals during the initial consultation.

What equipment is available at the studio?

The private studio at 2 Emma St is fully equipped with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension trainers, cardio equipment and more — everything needed for a comprehensive strength and conditioning program.

What are the available training hours?

Hustle & Flow operates 7 days a week with flexible hours to accommodate work and family schedules. Early morning sessions from 6am and evening sessions up to 10pm are available. Contact Nathan to discuss what time works best for you.

Can you train me if I have an existing injury?

Nathan has experience working with clients with a range of injuries and physical limitations. All health history and injury information is captured during the initial assessment so your program can be modified appropriately. For serious injuries, medical clearance may be recommended before commencing training.

How much do sessions cost?
